Exchange, Refund and Return

At Aurawi, we take great care in ensuring that each outfit is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Please review our policies below:

Return & Refund Policy:

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for products delivered in good condition. Every outfit is double-checked before shipment.
  • No refunds can be claimed after the outfit has been collected, inspected, and delivered.
  • Alterations requested after order collection will be charged separately, especially if custom measurements were initially provided.
  • Complaints regarding your order will only be entertained within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For formal outfits and custom orders, we send videos/pictures before dispatch and seek client confirmation. Aurawi will not be responsible for any damage caused during courier transit or custom checks

              ○ Order Number

              ○ Transaction Date

              ○ Delivery Date

               ○ Delivery Address

               ○ Images of the Concerned Item

Payment & Shipping Terms:
  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed by the customer, it is non-refundable.● We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made via credit card payments or orders shipped through ( if there is any )
  • If a customer provides an incorrect/incomplete shipping address or if there are three failed delivery attempts by the courier, no refund will be issued.
  • For international orders, if a customer refuses to pay custom duties imposed by the destination country and fails to collect the order, Aurawi will not offer a refund.
  • If a customer returns an international order without prior approval from Aurawi, the brand will not be liable for customs duties or additional charges. The customer will bear all costs associated with the return and must coordinate directly with the shipping provider.
