RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange & Returns (Domestic Orders)

Exchange is available if a customer wishes to change the item, provided it is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and invoice. Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging. Once received, exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds are only offered if a defective or incorrect item is delivered, or if an item becomes unavailable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchange & Returns (International Orders)

Aurawi currently does not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team with clear images. We will review the issue and guide you with the best possible solution. Customers are advised to keep proof (images/videos) of the package before opening. Aurawi is not responsible for customs delays or refused deliveries.

Exchange & Returns (Custom Orders)

Prepayment is required for all custom orders. All custom-made and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We only consider requests if the item has a manufacturing defect or is not stitched according to the provided measurements. Our team will review such cases and assist accordingly. Please note that delivery timelines for custom orders may vary due to coordination during the stitching process.

Reshipping (Domestic Orders)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

Customers may request reshipment by paying a PKR 300 fee in advance. Complete prepayment may be required before reshipping COD orders. Reshipment is subject to product availability. If the customer chooses not to proceed with reshipping:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded
  • Shipping and return charges will be deducted from the refund

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, it will fall under the Return & Exchange Policy. Aurawi reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances prior to order confirmation. Customers will be notified via email or SMS regarding their order status.
