1. What is the delivery time?
Local order delivery within Pakistan takes 3-5 working days, depending on product size and availability. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to stock availability and payment authorization. In certain cases, we may request additional payment verification to process your order
2. What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?
Aurawi offers free shipping on local orders above PKR 3,000. For orders below PKR 3,000, a flat rate of PKR 150applies. For international orders, shipping charges are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
3. Does the price of the order include shipping?
Shipping charges are typically displayed separately at checkout. The final payment will reflect any applicable shipping fees before you complete your purchase.
4. How many delivery attempts are made if I am unavailable?
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. Please ensure your address, country, and area code are accurately provided when placing your order. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.
